| Description: | The Training Incentive Program rewards eligible educators with a stipend after they complete a set number of training hours. You must be registered in your employer's QPS or VPK staff roster, as well as employed in an in-county child care facility in Polk County, Florida to qualify for the Training Incentive Program stipend payment. If in doubt, please contact our Professional Development office before you register. Registering for this course does not guarantee that you will complete or receive the stipend. Stipend amounts may vary based on available funds. You must adhere to all details found in the Participation Agreement. The Participation Agreement must be signed in order to be fully enrolled in TIP. IMPORTANT DATES: 12/01/2025 - Deadline to register for TIP 02/01/2026 - Documentation of at least 15 approved training hours must be submitted in our system 04/01/2026 - Documentation of at least 30 approved training hours must be submitted in our system 06/01/2026 - Documentation of at least 40 approved training hours must be submitted in our system 07/30/2026 - Stipend payments will be made by this date |
