| Description: | This training will also consist of a total of a total of 5 1-hour coaching sessions, which will be held virtually, face-to-face, and through the Torsh platform. Total training hours 15 Total coaching hours 5 Description: In the first part of this 20-hour training series, the focus will be on assisting early childhood educators to create strong foundational best practices in their classrooms through the Circle of Security models of intervention. Secure attachment provides the base for children’s growth and development. With secure attachment comes the confidence and curiosity to become more independent and go out and explore the world because the child knows that whenever they need to - they can return to that safe, secure base for comfort, reassurance, and support. In the second part of this 20-hour training, the focus will be on strategies to help early childhood educators manage challenging behaviors in their early learning classrooms. Participants will also receive the book, Raising A Secure Child.
